We respond to every brief within three business days. Whether you have a finished tech pack or just a description of your crew and headcount, send it over. We come back with fabric swatches, certification samples, mockups and indicative pricing.
Most B2B uniform-program buyers sample twice before signing off on bulk. Here is how we structure each sample type.
An existing in-stock workwear garment in your size — illustrative only, not in your final color or with your decoration. Free of charge; you cover the DHL courier (typically USD 30-60). Best for first conversation and hand-feel comparison before committing to a fit sample.
Your spec, your size, your fabric — generic color, no decoration. Used to confirm fit, fabric hand-feel and construction quality before the pre-production sample. 14-21 day lead time. Sample fee credits back against bulk order.
The contract sample. Final spec, final fabric, final Pantone-matched color, final embroidered or screen-printed decoration. Signed off by the buyer before bulk production cuts. 10-14 day lead time after fit sign-off.
