Construction crews live in their workwear. A construction uniform program has to survive aggressive industrial laundry, UV exposure on jobsites, abrasion from tool belts and harnesses, and the brand-consistency expectations of the company employing the crew. We have produced workwear for construction firms, civil engineering contractors and EPC programs since 2009, and run them on a dedicated production line separate from our hospitality and corporate work.
What makes construction workwear different
- Hi-vis class compliance: EN ISO 20471 Class 2 or Class 3 (EU/UK) or ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2/3 (US) is mandatory for any worker exposed to vehicle traffic
- Reflective tape durability: Industrial laundry breaks down the cheapest reflective tapes within 25 wash cycles — we use 3M Scotchlite or equivalent rated 50+ wash cycles
- Reinforced stress points: Bartack reinforcement at all pocket corners, belt loops, knee panels and shoulder yokes
- Tool-pocket layout: Multi-pocket cargo construction with phone pocket, ruler pocket, hammer loop and tool pouch attachment points
- Tear-resistant fabric: Ripstop or duck canvas weave preferred over plain twill for crew exposed to rough surfaces
- FR option for hot-work crews: Welders, hot-cutting and electrical crews need EN 11612 or NFPA 2112 flame-resistant garments
