Poly-cotton twill, ripstop, brass YKK zippers. FR meta-aramid builds with NFPA 2112 / EN 11612 certification.

Hi-vis safety wear

Vests, polos, shirts and jackets. Dual EN ISO 20471 + ANSI/ISEA 107. 3M Scotchlite tape, 50+ wash-cycle rated.

Branded polos & T-shirts

Pique, jersey, interlock knits. 150-240 GSM. Embroidery, screen print, HTV or sublimation decoration.

Work jackets & outerwear

Softshell, fleece-lined, waterproof breathable, insulated bib overalls. Two-way zippers, detachable hoods.

Cargo pants & work trousers

Cordura knee panels, bar-tacked stress points, multi-pocket configurations. 65/35 poly-cotton twill.

Chef coats & kitchen wear

Double-breasted, vented back, knotted buttons. Stain-release finish, HACCP-compatible laundry spec.

Medical scrubs & lab coats

Poly-cotton or poly-spandex stretch. Antimicrobial and fluid-repellent finishes. Colour-coded by department.

Corporate uniforms

Blazers, dress shirts, tailored trousers. Hotel front-desk, airline, bank and retail programs.

How a first OEM order works

Send your brief

Tech pack, current uniform sample or just a crew description and headcount. We reply within 3 business days with fabric swatches, certification samples and indicative pricing.

Fit sample

14-21 day fit sample in your final fabric, colour and decoration. Two rounds are normal for first-time programs.

Approve & produce

Once the fit sample is signed off, we run the bulk order: fabric procurement, cutting, sewing, decoration, AQL 2.5 inspection.

Ship

FOB Ningbo / Shanghai or DDP to your warehouse. Pre-sorted by location or employee on request. Lot-specific test reports in the box with the shipment.

What does OEM mean for our clothing order? +

OEM means we cut, sew and finish the garment to **your specifications** — your fabric choice, your fit, your colours, your label, your packaging. It is not a stock item with a logo added; it is a garment built for you from fabric up. We do not list ready-made stock — every PO is custom-manufactured against your spec.

Do you manufacture garments other than workwear?

Our factory is set up for woven and knit garments with a workwear and uniform focus, but the cutting-and-sewing capability extends to any similar product: corporate blazers, promotional vests, branded aprons, lab coats, chef wear and sports team kit. If it involves fabric, stitching and logo decoration, send us the spec.

Can you match the quality of the uniform I already buy?

Yes — send us your current uniform with your spec sheet and we will reverse-engineer the fabric composition, construction, fit and decoration, then return a costed proposal for a matched or improved version. This is one of our most common first-order paths.

What fabric certifications do you hold?

Our fabric supply chain carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II, GRS (recycled polyester), BSCI social audit and ISO 9001 quality management. For FR and hi-vis we issue per-shipment lot-specific third-party test reports from UL, SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas.

Do you accept small orders?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style and colour. Some decoration methods (HTV, DTF) scale to smaller runs. If you need fewer than 100 pieces to start — for a pilot or a sample run — ask and we will tell you honestly whether the economics work at that volume.
