Oil and gas workwear has the highest spec floor of any industrial uniform category. Flame-resistance is non-negotiable, the certification audit trail must be intact for liability reasons, and any decoration or trim used has to be FR-compatible. We have produced FR programs for upstream oilfield, midstream pipeline and downstream refinery operations since 2014 and maintain a dedicated FR production line.

Production volume and timeline

FR programs run on longer lead times than standard workwear due to FR fabric availability and test report turnaround. Typical lead time is 50-70 days from confirmed PO including FR fabric procurement, sampling, production, pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection and third-party FR test report finalization.
