We build custom polo shirts from knit up — you choose the fabric construction, the GSM weight band, the fibre ratio, the fit and the logo method, and we engineer the pattern, sample it in your real fabric, and produce to AQL 2.5. This is a dedicated OEM line, not a stock polo with a logo added.

Choose cotton for the softest hand (at the cost of more shrinkage and fading), polyester for colour stability and quick-dry performance, or a poly-cotton blend (typically 65/35) for the practical default — comfortable, durable and colour-stable through industrial laundry.
Decoration methods
- Embroidery — crisp chest crest, 16 thread colours, stable on pique and interlock knits
- Screen print — water-based or plastisol on smooth surfaces; fine detail on flat jersey panels
- Sublimation — all-over photographic prints on 100% polyester; zero hand-feel, permanent
- DTF / heat transfer — full colour, low setup, ideal for named or small runs

Every polo program ships with OEKO-TEX 100 fabric certification and an AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection report. We match to Pantone references for fabric, thread and ink, and archive a retained sample per lot so reorders match.
