A kitchen brigade wears its uniform hard — radiant heat from the salamander, oil splatter, steam, constant movement and a daily industrial wash cycle. We build custom chef coats that hold up, with fabric and feature choices that match the station: vented backs for hot-line cooks, stain-release finishes for saucier, and double-breasted fronts that reverse to hide spills.

Program coordination

A kitchen program typically combines chef coats, aprons and trousers in a single PO. We produce all garments in one run with consistent dye lots so the whites match across pieces. Aprons and caps can be ordered in the same fabric and colour spec. For full hotel and F&B rollouts that include front desk and housekeeping uniforms, we coordinate the full program across departments — see our hospitality use case.

Built for HACCP

Chef coats are hygiene as much as identity. We spec fabric and closures to survive the high-temperature alkaline laundry that HACCP-compliant kitchens require — vat-dyed colours, poly-core thread and knotted buttons that won't crack or chip into food. The fabric is OEKO-TEX 100 Class II certified for direct skin contact.

Quote a kitchen program

Tell us your brigade size, stations and laundry setup — we will quote chef coats, aprons and trousers with the right fabric, stain protection and post-wash colour-fastness reports.
