Your logo, our workwear.

Four decoration methods under one factory roof. We embroider, screen-print, heat-transfer and sublimate logos onto custom workwear — from single-colour chest marks to all-over photographic prints. Free digitizing on first orders under 1,000 pieces. MOQ 100 pcs per design and colour.

How we put your logo on workwear

Four decoration methods, one factory.

We do not outsource decoration. 16 Tajima embroidery heads, 4 screen-print stations, HTV and sublimation all sit on-site. That means your logo passes through one QC team — the same one that inspects the garment.

01 / Embroidery

Tajima embroidery

Machine embroidery with 16 thread colours per head. Ideal for chest logos, cap embroidery, name patches and back-panel branding. FR-rated thread available for safety garments.

Best forPolos, shirts, coveralls, jackets, hats
DurabilityExcellent — outlasts the garment, survives industrial wash
MOQ100 pcs (stitch setup spreads across the order)
02 / Screen Print

Screen printing

Water-based or plastisol ink on flat surfaces: chest prints, back panels, sleeve prints. Up to 6 spot colours. Sharp edges on smooth fabric like tees and polos.

Best forT-shirts, polos, hi-vis vests (flat panels)
DurabilityGood — cure-dependent; plastisol holds through 50+ industrial washes
MOQ100 pcs (screen setup fee spreads across the run)
03 / Heat Transfer

Heat transfer & DTF

Reflective logo transfers for hi-vis, full-colour DTF for small runs, and name personalization strips. Quick setup, low barrier — ideal for limited-edition or name-drop programs.

Best forReflective hi-vis logos, small runs, personalised name drops
DurabilityModerate — good for front-of-house, less suited to heavy industrial wash
MOQ100 pcs (per-design setup minimal)
04 / Sublimation

Dye-sublimation

Dye bonds into polyester fibres — no hand-feel, no cracking, no peeling. Full-colour photographic prints edge-to-edge. Requires polyester fabric and light base colours.

Best forAll-over sportswear, cycling kit, team polos, event apparel
DurabilityPermanent — dye is in the fibre, lasts the life of the garment
MOQ100 pcs (paper roll cost; economical at 200+ pcs)
Artwork requirements

What we need to quote your logo.

Format

Vector file: .AI, .EPS, .CDR, .PDF — for embroidery digitizing and screen separation. Raster (.PNG, .JPG) accepted with a note on resolution.

Placement

Mark the position: left chest, right chest, centre front, centre back, left sleeve, right sleeve, or full back. We provide a placement photo at sample stage.

Size

Logo dimensions in cm or the standard reference on the body. Chest emblems are typically 6–9 cm wide; back prints 25–35 cm wide.

Colours

Pantone references for thread, ink or transfer film. We match against the fabric lab-dip so the logo reads correctly against the garment colour.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge a digitizing or screen-setup fee? +
Free digitizing and screen setup on first orders under 1,000 pieces. For orders over 1,000 pcs we waive all setup fees. Reorders with the same logo carry no re-digitizing charge.
What file do I need to send for my logo?
A vector file (.AI, .EPS, .CDR or .PDF) gives the cleanest result — necessary for embroidery digitizing and screen separation. If you only have a .PNG or .JPG, we can work with it, but a vector is strongly preferred for a sharp result.
Can you embroider on FR / hi-vis fabric?
Yes. We use **FR-rated thread** for flame-resistant coveralls and certified reflective heat transfers for hi-vis garments. We will not apply a decoration method that compromises the certification your garment needs.
What is your MOQ for branded logo workwear?
100 pieces per design, per colour, per decoration method. Different sizes within the same style and colour count toward the same MOQ. Need fewer? Ask — some decoration methods (HTV, DTF) scale to smaller runs.
Do I pay extra for each logo colour or thread?
Embroidery digitizing is charged once per design, not per thread colour. Screen printing carries a per-colour screen fee. Multi-position logos — chest + sleeve, for example — count as two placements and cost accordingly. We quote these breakdowns transparently up front.
