We manufacture custom scrubs as an OEM program — you pick the fabric system, colours, fit and branding, and we engineer the pattern, sample it in your real fabric, and produce to an AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection with OEKO-TEX 100 certification. This is not a stock catalogue product with a logo — it is your scrub, built from fabric up.
Fabric systems
| System | Feel & fit | Wash durability | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poly-cotton 65/35 | Crisp, structured | High (75-90 °C tolerant) | Pooled ward stock, high turnover |
| Poly-spandex stretch | Soft, four-way stretch | Good | Theatre, surgical, personal issue |
| Poly-rayon-spandex | Softest, best drape | Moderate | Premium / individually issued |
Functional finishes
- Antimicrobial — silver-based or synthetic chemistry, tested to AATCC 100; post-wash retention data on request
- Fluid repellent — AATCC 42 / 127 rated for splash-prone roles; not a full barrier gown (AAMI PB70 available separately)
- Stain release — hydrophilic treatment that releases oils and fluids in the wash cycle
- Colour coding — by department or role, Pantone-matched across dye lots so 'navy' is the same navy on every reorder
Customization & branding
- Embroidered hospital logo at chest — 16 thread colours, FR-rated thread if needed
- Woven neck label with your brand name and care instructions
- Individual name embroidery per garment — send the roster, we bag by name
- Pockets & features — chest pocket, pen slot, hip pockets, mobile phone pocket laid out to your spec
Quality & certification
Every scrubs program ships with OEKO-TEX 100 Class II fabric certification. Pre-shipment inspection at AQL 2.5. Antimicrobial and fluid-repellent finishes carry AATCC test reports from the finishing house. See our healthcare scrubs guide on the Journal for a deeper dive into finish types and wash durability.
