Almost every buyer enquiry includes the same three questions in different words: 'What is your minimum?' (MOQ), 'How long until I get my order?' (lead time), and 'Can I see something first?' MOQ — what it actually means

Lead time from confirmed PO to shipped container has four stages. Skipping a stage is impossible; compressing each is negotiable.

StageDays (typical)What happens
1. Sampling + buyer approval14-21Fit sample in final fabric, color and decoration. Two rounds is normal.
2. Fabric and trim procurement10-21Mill fabric run, dye lot, trim sourcing. Hi-vis and FR fabrics extend this.
3. Bulk production20-35Cut, sew, decorate, finish, pack. Depends on order size.
4. Pre-shipment AQL inspection3-5Lot inspection at AQL 2.5 (or buyer-specified).

Total: 35-50 days from confirmed PO for standard workwear, 50-70 days for FR or specialty programs. Repeat orders against an established spec (sampling already complete) ship in 25-35 days.

Sample process — three sample types
