Daniel Ouyang joined Vanta Workwear in 2015 as Operations & Logistics Manager. He owns the production calendar (currently 1.8 million garments per year across two production lines and four contracted cutting rooms), pre-shipment AQL inspection, third-party audit coordination, FOB / CFR / DDP logistics, and the lead-time commitments that go into every PO. His published guidance covers ocean vs air freight economics for apparel programs, AQL 2.5 / 4.0 inspection protocols, the 90-day uniform program roadmap, MOQ negotiation, and the operational frameworks for multi-site rollouts (construction firms, hotel groups, hospital networks).
