FR & hi-vis workwear for mining crews.

FR hi-vis coveralls, jackets and trousers for surface and underground mining — made with inherent flame-resistant fabric, Cordura reinforcement at every wear point, and 3M reflective tape for visibility in low-light conditions. MOQ 100 pcs.

Underground mining

FR hi-vis coveralls with full-body reflective tape for coal, potash and hard-rock mines. Inherent FR fabric — protection cannot wash out. Bar-tacked stress points and Cordura knee panels rated for abrasive rock contact.

Surface mining & quarry

Hi-vis Class 3 coveralls and jackets for open-pit, strip-mine and quarry crews. High-contrast reflective tape on body, sleeves and shoulders. Ripstop fabric with double-layered seat and knee.

Processing plant

Work shirts, trousers and anti-static options for mill, concentrator and smelter crews. ESD fabric for environments with combustible dust. Chemical-splash resistant finishes for reagent-handling areas.

Cold-climate mining

Insulated FR hi-vis jackets and bib overalls for arctic and high-altitude sites. Detachable fleece liner, waterproof outer shell, EN 343 rain rating. Hi-vis strips remain visible with the liner removed.

Frequently asked questions

Is your mining FR fabric inherent or treated? +
**Inherent FR** — meta-aramid blend where the flame resistance is built into the fibre. It cannot wash out, unlike treated-cotton FR that degrades with industrial laundry. We supply post-wash NFPA 2112 / EN ISO 11612 test reports per fabric lot.
Can you combine FR, hi-vis and anti-static in one garment?
Yes — our **FR + hi-vis + ESD** coveralls use inherent FR fabric with a woven carbon conductive grid and certified reflective tape. They are tested to EN ISO 11612 (FR), EN ISO 20471 Class 3 (hi-vis) and EN 1149-5 (anti-static) on the same garment. This is standard for underground coal and gassy mines.
What is your MOQ and lead time for mining workwear?
200-300 pcs MOQ due to FR fabric setup. Fit sample in 14-21 days, bulk in 50-70 days. Reorders against an approved spec ship in 25-35 days.
How does the reflective tape hold up in mining conditions?
We use 3M Scotchlite segmented tape rated for 50+ industrial wash cycles. Segmented tape (rather than solid bands) allows moisture vapour to escape through the gaps, reducing internal condensation in underground environments. The tape is sewn on, not heat-sealed — it will not delaminate under abrasive rock contact.
