Embroidery digitizing and screen-setup fees waived on first orders under 1,000 pcs. Re-orders with the same logo carry no re-digitizing charge.

What is your minimum order for wholesale uniforms? +

**100 pieces per style, per colour.** Multiple sizes within the same style and colour count toward the same MOQ. FR meta-aramid garments carry a 200-300 pcs MOQ due to fabric setup.

How does your bulk pricing work?

We run tiered pricing — 100-499, 500-1,999, 2,000-9,999 and 10,000+ pieces. The more units per style, the lower the per-piece cost because the overhead (pattern making, fabric procurement, screen/embroidery setup) is spread across a larger run. Ask for a quote at your target quantity.

Can I mix different garments in the same wholesale order?

Yes. Most wholesale orders combine multiple garment types — polos, work shirts, cargo pants, coveralls — in a single PO. Each garment style and colour has its own 100 pcs MOQ, and we ship the whole order in one container.

Do you ship DDP or FOB?

Both. FOB Ningbo / Shanghai is the default. DDP (delivered duty paid) to your warehouse is available on request. See our Incoterms guide on the Journal for a full comparison.

Can you match an existing uniform I already buy?

Send us the garment with your spec sheet and we will reverse-engineer the fabric, construction, fit and decoration — then quote a matched or improved version. This is one of our most common first-order paths.

What payment terms do you offer for wholesale orders?

Standard terms are **30% deposit with the PO, 70% before shipment** (against the AQL inspection report). For established repeat programs we can move to net-30 or LC terms. We never ask for full payment up front.
