Food processing uniforms, HACCP-ready.

Coats, aprons, trousers and cold-store outerwear built for food-safety environments — stain-release finishes, metal-detectable trims, antimicrobial options and high-temperature laundry tolerance. MOQ 100 pcs. HACCP-compatible documentation on every program.

Meat & poultry processing

Cold-environment coats and aprons rated for washdown. Stain-release finish for blood and fat. Metal-detectable buttons and trims — no foreign-body risk if a button comes off on the line.

Dairy & beverage

White or light-coloured coats and tunics for wet-processing environments. Fluid-repellent finish for splash protection. Poly-cotton for durability through high-temperature CIP laundry.

Bakery & dry processing

Lightweight coats and aprons for ambient and warm environments. Breathable cotton-rich fabric. Pocketless designs where cross-contamination control is critical.

Cold storage & freezer

Insulated jackets, thermal trousers and freezer coats rated to -25 °C. Waterproof outer shell for condensation and ice. High-vis panels for forklift safety inside the cold store.

Food-safety specifications

RequirementHow we build for it
HACCP complianceDocumented fabric, trim and laundry spec matching your HACCP plan. Poly-core thread, high-temperature dye systems, OEKO-TEX 100 Class II certified fabric for direct food contact environments.
Metal-detectable trimsButtons, press studs and zipper pulls in metal-detectable polymer — triggers a metal detector or X-ray if a piece separates from the garment. Standard on meat, poultry and ready-meal lines.
Stain releaseFluorocarbon or hydrophilic stain-release finish that lets blood, fat, oil and food soil wash out in the industrial laundry cycle. Rated for 50+ wash cycles.
AntimicrobialSilver-based finish tested to AATCC 100 for bacterial reduction. Used on garments worn in high-care and ready-to-eat zones. Post-wash retention data on request.
Pocketless / controlled-pocketGarments built without external pockets where cross-contamination risk is high. Internal security pockets or fully pocketless designs per your HACCP risk assessment.
Color-coded by zoneDifferent colours for raw, high-care, low-care and packing zones — Pantone-matched across reorders so zone discipline stays visible.

Laundry spec

Garments are engineered for industrial laundry at 60-85 °C with alkaline detergents — the standard cycle for food-processing plants. Vat-dyed or solution-dyed colours resist fading through repeated high-temperature wash cycles. We supply ISO 105 colour-fastness data on request.

Rotation planning

Food-processing plants typically need 3-5 sets per employee for a daily-change cycle with a laundry turnaround. We help calculate the rotation quantity so you never run short during peak production. Reorder lead time 25-35 days against an approved spec.

Frequently asked questions

What does "metal-detectable" mean for workwear? +
Buttons, press studs and zipper pulls are made from a polymer compound that a metal detector or X-ray machine can detect — so if a trim piece separates from a garment on the processing line, it triggers the food-safety check before the product leaves the plant. This is standard for meat, poultry and ready-meal facilities operating under BRC or SQF.
Can you colour-code different production zones?
Yes — we match each zone (raw, high-care, low-care, packing) to a Pantone colour and produce all garments in one PO. This keeps zone discipline visible to auditors and supervisors, and the same Pantone spec holds on reorder.
Do you build pocketless garments for high-care areas?
Yes. We can build coats and trousers without external pockets where cross-contamination control is critical. If internal pockets are needed (e.g. for a pen or thermometer), we place them inside and size them to your spec.
What certification do your food-processing garments carry?
OEKO-TEX 100 Class II fabric certification for direct skin contact. Antimicrobial finishes tested to AATCC 100. Metal-detectable trims carry supplier certification. We document the full trim and fabric chain for your HACCP file.
