Wei Lin joined Vanta Workwear in 2012 after eight years at a vertically integrated workwear mill in Ningbo. She leads our merchandising team — fourteen people split across construction, oil & gas, hospitality and corporate uniform accounts. Her work spans every step between a buyer brief and a ship-ready container: tech-pack interpretation, fabric and trim recommendations, sampling cycles, Pantone matching, and walking buyers through compliance documentation and pre-shipment inspection.
She holds a degree in Apparel Engineering from Donghua University in Shanghai and is fluent in English, Mandarin and conversational Spanish. Her published guidance covers workwear sourcing strategy, fabric selection by use case, hi-vis class certification, and the tech-pack templates we use with B2B program buyers.
